Jewelry care:
To maintain the beauty of your items please remove the pieces before exercising, swimming and showering. Please be sure to avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes and lotions. These items may damage the layer of gold plating on the jewelry and will cause tarnishing or discoloration.
Can I shower with my jewelry on?
It is best not to shower with your jewelry on. Please remove your pieces before swimming and showering since this may cause premature tarnishing or discoloration.
What’s included in my purchase?
Your purchase comes with our signature NAHED 100% cotton bag and our NAHED polishing cloth.
To what countries do we ship?
We ship to the United States including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Canada. Complimentary standard shipping will automatically be applied during checkout for orders over $75 within the United States.
What materials do we use for our jewelry?
The majority of NAHED’s pieces are made of gold-plated sterling silver and gold vermeil. We also carry pieces that are made of gold-plated metals. Please see the product description of each piece for further information.
What is gold-plated sterling silver?
Gold plated sterling silver is made off of sterling silver covered with a layer of 14K or 18K gold.
What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil is a high quality form of gold plating in which a thick layer of gold (this must strictly be more than 2.5 microns and is usually between 14K – 18K gold) is coated upon sterling silver.
What is gold-plated jewelry?
Gold-plated jewelry is the electroplating process of layering a thin layer of 14k or 18K gold upon the surface of the base metal, such as brass or stainless steel.
